For Facilitators & Small Groups

Bring your group. We'll bring the space.

We don't run retreat programs ourselves — but the house was practically built for one. The central sunken courtyard, the rooftop terrace, the curved stone seating nook, and the garden that wraps the property all lend themselves to a small group finding stillness together.

If you're a yoga teacher, wellness facilitator, or retreat organizer looking for an architecturally distinctive property to book wholesale for a weekend, this is exactly that. You bring the instructors and the schedule; we hand over the property.

Whole-property buyouts mean no other guests on-site during your dates — the atrium, garden, and terrace are yours for the group.

The Spaces

Rooms built to gather in, not just pass through

Open rooftop terrace with lattice parapet wall and circular concrete benches

Rooftop Terrace

Open-air space with a hanging swing, suited to morning practice or an evening circle.

Double-height atrium with sunken courtyard garden and spiral staircase

The Atrium

A double-height central space around the sunken garden — the literal sacred center of the house.

Shared Living Room

A curved living room with a honeycomb-textured ceiling and a wraparound sofa — space for the whole group to gather between sessions.

The full villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests, plus the shared atrium, garden, and rooftop terrace — comfortably enough for a small retreat group. The property hosts one group at a time, so a buyout means genuine privacy: no other guests on-site during your dates. Buyout pricing and catering are arranged directly with you, tailored to your group and dates — reach out via the Contact page to begin.
Beyond Retreats

Weddings, birthdays & parties

A curved-stone villa with a garden entrance, an indoor atrium, and a rooftop terrace gives a celebration real variety in one place — a ceremony spot, a dining space, and somewhere open-air for the evening, without moving venues.

Privacy and safety, taken seriously: the property hosts one group at a time behind walled, gated grounds, with PIN entry and a caretaker on-site throughout your event — not a shared venue with other guests or the general public wandering through.

Hosting your event at VGSCT Samudaya Bhavana (the convention hall down the road, 3 minutes away)? Brahmasthanam is available to rent separately as accommodation for the wedding party or out-of-town guests — a quieter place to stay the night than a hotel, minutes from the venue.
For BIEC Event Organizers

Running an event at BIEC? We can block rooms for your team.

If you're organizing an exhibition or conference, Brahmasthanam is available to block-book for your own team, speakers, or vendor crews across setup, show days, and teardown — 15–20 minutes from the venue, away from the noise of a venue-adjacent hotel floor.

You're also welcome to pass this along to your exhibitors and stallholders as a nearby stay option — no formal partnership needed, just a genuinely close, quiet place to recommend.

Need somewhere to keep display materials, banners, or booth stock overnight between show days? Ask us — we may be able to set aside space on the property rather than you hauling everything back and forth from BIEC each day.

Making the Commute a Non-Issue

15–20 minutes, handled.

Mornings are a reliable 15–20 minute drive to BIEC; evenings can run a little longer with traffic. Rather than leave guests to figure out logistics, we coordinate a shared cab for exhibition dates on request — arranged over WhatsApp with a fixed fare.

If you're attending with a small team, let us know your show dates in advance and we'll have transport sorted before you land.
