The Architecture

Every frame already has a shape.

Nothing here runs in a straight line — which means nothing here looks like the last location you shot in. The central atrium alone gives you a double-height establishing shot, a spiral staircase, and a sunken water feature framed by a carved stone archway, all in one continuous space.

Four uniquely designed bedrooms, a curved kitchen, a rooftop terrace with a hanging swing, and a garden that wraps the property give you range within a single location — useful whether you're shooting a reel, a short film, a lookbook, or a full production.

A walkthrough, not just stills

Location Gallery

A single property, several distinct sets

On-Site Sets

Six distinct backdrops, one address

The Atrium

Double-height, arched stone, spiral staircase, sunken water feature. The strongest single shot on the property.

Four Bedrooms

Each individually designed — a raised circular platform bed, a stone-and-teal study room, and more. Genuine variety without a location change.

Rooftop Terrace

Open sky, a hanging wooden swing, rough-cut stone — good for golden hour and open-air scenes.

The Kitchen

A fully curved kitchen with dark cabinetry and green marble counters — distinct from the typical straight-run kitchen set.

Garden & Entrance

A laser-cut leaf-pattern door under a curved stone facade, opening onto a garden that wraps the property.

Curved Seating Nook

A built-in stone-walled bench with an inset oval mirror — a striking, self-contained frame for close-up dialogue or portraiture.

Natural Light

Real golden hour, no lighting rig required

The rooftop terrace and driveway both catch genuine magic-hour light — warm, low sun, long shadows, no artificial fill needed for that look.

Beyond Film Crews

Pre-wedding shoots & small weddings.

A distinct backdrop for couples shooting pre-wedding portraits, or for an intimate wedding that doesn't want a generic banquet hall. The carved entrance door, the arched atrium, and the rooftop terrace each give a different visual mood without leaving the property — useful for a shoot that needs several looks in one day.

Whole-property buyout available for the day, with overnight rooms for the couple or a small wedding party. Same terms as our retreat and offsite buyouts.

Premarital and pre-wedding shoots are priced as a fixed day rate — contact us directly for costing.

Overnight Crew Stay
