Brahmasthanam takes its name from the sacred center point in Sanatan tradition — and it's not just a name. It's the center point of Brahm, the divine — peace, tranquility, and yes, Vastu too. The house is built following Vastu principles to foster that stillness, and at its heart, a sunken courtyard garden sits exactly where the concept says it should: the still point around which everything else curves. Professional when you need it, restorative when you don't, and — as anyone with a camera notices within a minute of walking in — genuinely striking to shoot.
Every wall in the house is a curve — the kitchen counters, the bedroom headboards, the stone facade rising into a lattice-crowned tower. It's spiral-stone construction in the most literal sense, built around Vastu's idea of a consecrated center rather than around a corridor.
The spiral that marks our name carries the same idea found across Sanatan tradition — the curl of Krishna's mor pankh, the coiled stillness of the Shiva lingam. Motion that always circles back to a fixed, sacred center.
Guests notice it before they can name it: no room here feels like a box. Four bedrooms, an open double-height atrium, a rooftop terrace, and a garden that wraps the entire footprint.
Photos only tell half of it — a walkthrough of the atrium, the rooms, and the rooftop terrace.
Brahmasthanam wasn't designed around a single kind of trip. It works because the same curved-stone rooms serve a business traveler needing quiet and a desk, a family wanting stillness, and a crew that just needs a backdrop nothing else looks like.
Brahmasthanam sits in Nagarur — the same village as Biesse's manufacturing plant, an 8-minute drive away, and roughly 15–20 minutes from BIEC. Quiet rooms, a proper work desk, and no venue-hotel noise at the end of the day.
For Business GuestsA sunken courtyard garden at the literal center of the house, a rooftop terrace, and four curved rooms built around Vastu's idea of a sacred center. Available as individual rooms or a full-property retreat buyout.
For Families & RetreatsSpiral staircases, arched stone doorways, a sunken indoor garden, curved platform beds — the kind of architecture that doesn't need dressing up for a reel, a shoot, or a scene.
For Film & PhotographyFrom raised circular platform beds to a stone-walled room with its own work desk, all four bedrooms carry the same handmade, curved-stone character as the rest of the house. Every stay books the whole villa — one group at a time, full privacy, whether you need one room or all four.
Brahmasthanam sits roughly 15–20 minutes from the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre in the mornings — a little longer in evening traffic. We tell every guest this upfront, because it's exactly what makes the stay work: quiet enough to actually rest after a show-floor day, close enough that the commute is never the problem.
BIEC runs 35+ separate exhibitions a year — see our shuttle-coordination options on the Retreats & Groups page.
Exhibition Guest Info See All Nearby PlacesGoogle's live air quality map consistently shows this stretch of Nelamangala sitting in the green "good" zone — genuinely fresh air, with none of the traffic that comes with a city stay. Brahmasthanam sits directly on the Tumkur Road corridor — for anyone driving the Bengaluru–Pune–Mumbai route, it's a natural overnight stop before pushing on into the city, rather than arriving into Bengaluru traffic late at night. Quiet, off the main road, and an easy return to the highway the next morning.
The property is booked for a single guest group per stay — no other guests sharing the atrium, garden, or common spaces while you're here.
PIN entry for arrivals on your own schedule, with a caretaker on hand for anything you need during the stay.
No shared floors, no shared breakfast room with strangers — the whole villa, garden, and terrace are exclusively yours for the dates you book.
The kitchen is yours to cook in — we don't stock perishables, but the area is well served by Swiggy for food delivery and Reliance Fresh for groceries.
Genuinely fresh local cow's milk, delivered the next morning when ordered a day in advance — a small detail most homestays can't offer.
Ola and Uber both operate in the area, getting you into Nelamangala or BIEC without arranging your own pickup. Details on the Contact page.
